Simon’s professional experience spans further education, higher education, vocational assessment, internal quality assurance and hands-on IT. His approach combines structured educational practice with a practical, analytical way of resolving technical problems.
Since 2015, Simon’s teaching work at Cardiff and Vale College has included Computing qualifications from Level 1 through HNC/HND, BSc Cyber Security and Essential Skills Wales. His CV also records earlier lecturing at the University of South Wales, Weston College and Coleg y Cymoedd.
Through Indigo Skills Consulting, established in 2013, he has undertaken IQA and assessment work with training providers as well as commercial IT projects including website creation, and software and hardware maintenance.
