When I first started my NVQ I wasn’t quite sure where to start and didn’t really have a clear vision of what needed to be done. As soon as I had my first meeting with Simon, he talked me through the course, what to expect and how to get there.
I was then able to set out and complete each task and finally complete my NVQ within the time period given, this was down to Simon’s willing to help.
Nothing was ever to much trouble for Simon and he made a note to say that he was always available either text, phonecall or email – he was true to his word and nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
I am really grateful for all the help Simon gave me throughout, it was/is much appreciated.
